Planet Defense
Your planet sits in the middle of the screen and asteroids close in from every direction at once, so the turret orbits around it instead of sitting fixed on one side — wherever your mouse or finger points, that's where it aims. The whole game is 360 degrees of incoming threats and deciding which one to shoot first.
Controls
- Move your mouse, or drag your finger, to aim the turret around the planet.
- Click or tap to fire and shatter incoming asteroids.
Power-ups and rising waves
A shield absorbs a hit that would otherwise cost you, triple shot fires three bullets at once, and freeze slows every asteroid on screen when things get too crowded. None of them last forever, so part of the game is deciding whether to save a power-up for a rougher wave later or use it the moment you grab it. Each wave after that sends more asteroids in faster than the last, so early rounds give you room to find your aim before it gets frantic.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does the turret spin around the planet instead of staying still?
Asteroids approach from any direction, so the turret orbits to aim wherever your mouse or finger points — full coverage instead of a fixed firing lane.
What do the three power-ups do?
Shield absorbs an incoming hit, triple shot fires three bullets at once, and freeze temporarily slows every asteroid on screen.
How does the difficulty ramp up?
Each wave sends asteroids in faster and in greater numbers than the one before.
